Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering
Is Quanzhou SAM Machinery a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a custom manufacturer with an export trading team. Our factory premises in Fujian, China, have passed an onsite check by TÜV Rheinland, with about 4,800 m² of floorspace and 72 staff, including a dedicated trading team for overseas orders.
Which packaging machine is right for my product?
It depends mainly on the product form. Fine powders usually need an auger filler, free-flowing granules a volumetric cup or weigher, thin liquids a pump system, and viscous pastes a piston filler. Send us your product, bag size and target output and our engineers will recommend a configuration.
Can you test my product before I buy?
Yes. We offer sample-based customization: you can send your material and packaging film, and we run it on the proposed machine and share test results and video so you can confirm fill accuracy and seal quality.
Can you customize machines and provide OEM or ODM service?
Yes. We offer minor customization (logo, packaging, graphics), design-based, sample-based and full customization, plus OEM, ODM and buyer-label services.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Most of our packaging machines can be ordered from 1 set. A few compact models have a minimum of 2 to 4 units.
Which payment and delivery terms do you accept?
We accept T/T, L/C, D/P, D/A, credit card, PayPal, Western Union and cash, in USD, EUR, CAD, HKD or CNY. Delivery terms include FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW, FAS, CIP, FCA, DDP, DDU and express delivery.
